Maine Coon Oasis is a TICA registered cattery located on the outskirts of South Charlotte, NC, in a quaint little town called, Waxhaw.  We are a small group of women, with a focus to provide the highest quality, healthiest and well socialized Maine Coon kittens, all while keeping breed standards in mind.  Our kittens live in our homes as cherished family members and are raised with a variety of other animals.  We acclimate all kittens to a variety of different settings that occur in day to day life.

 

 All of our Kings and Queens are from the finest European lines, this ensures quality, size, beautiful colors and personality.  The Kings and Queens have undergone DNA testing for gene mutations common in the breed, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and pyruvate kidney deficiency (PKdef).  We guarantee kittens to be free of Felv and Fiv for 3 days after they leave our cattery.

We try to offer kittens year round, therefore, we do not keep waitlists or accept deposits for kittens.  All of our kittens are kept until 12 - 16 weeks of age, during that time, we feel they are emotionally mature enough to go to their new homes.  We do require a signed contract, this protects both the buyer and the seller.

We do this as a hobby because we love the breed and enjoying sharing our cats.  Our goal is not to sell as many kittens as possible but to contribute to the work of preserving this magnificent breed and select the very best home for each kitten.
